Bridget is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with extensive experience working within NHS mental health services, voluntary organisations and private practice. She trained at the prestigious King’s College London and is highly specialised in anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related difficulties. Bridget takes a thoughtful, creative and collaborative approach, empowering clients to build practical skills and develop long-term resilience.

Anna is an accredited CBT and EMDR therapist specialising in anxiety, trauma and eating disorders. Her approach is structured, compassionate and tailored to your individual needs. Whether you struggle with OCD, excessive worry, panic, perfectionism or low self-esteem - Anna will work with you to understand what's keeping you stuck, reduce emotional distress and help you feel more in control of your life.

CBT & EMDR Therapist

Ines Brewer

Ines is a fully accredited BABCP psychotherapist, specialising in treating adults with anxiety including OCD and trauma using Cognitive Behavioural therapy and EMDR. Treatment is strictly evidence-based following an in-depth assessment. Everything done in treatment is collaborative, which is important so that you are able to continue applying the skills you learn even after sessions are complete.

Samantha is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with extensive experience in both private practice and the NHS working with Anxiety Disorders, Low Self Esteem and Depression.
