Bridget is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience working within NHS mental health services, voluntary organisations and private practice. She trained at King’s College London and specialises in anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related difficulties. Bridget takes a thoughtful, creative and collaborative approach, empowering clients to build practical skills and develop long-term resilience.

I'm a fully accredited BABCP psychotherapist, specialising in treating adults with anxiety including OCD and trauma using Cognitive Behavioural therapy and EMDR. Treatment is strictly evidence-based following an in-depth assessment. Everything we do in treatment is collaborative which is really important so that you are able to continue to apply skills that you learn even after our sessions are complete.
